Can an inkjet printer be used for sublimation?
Inkjet printers using thermal printheads cannot be used for sublimation printing. Therefore, inkjet printers manufactured by Canon, Hewlett Packard (HP), Lexmark or Dell are not suitable. Printers using micro-piezo printheads can be used for sublimation printing.
Can you convert any printer to sublimation?
Converting a tank-based printer to sublimation is only possible if it's brand new and hasn't been filled with any other ink. Simply inject our sublimation inks into your EcoTank printer using the syringe provided.
