DTF (Digital to PET Film Printing) is a new type of process that prints ink on a transfer film by using hot melt powder and PET film as a transfer medium to transfer the ink to clothing.
Technical process:
1. Digital printing (first CMYK, then white)
2. Hot melt powder dusting
3. Shaking powder
4. Dry (140-150 ℃ / 284-302℉ for 3-5 minutes)
5. Press (160-170 ℃ / 320-338℉ 10-20 seconds)
